"Perfect for a family stay..."

Beautiful Airbnb, everything we could ask for and more. Total kitchen envy! Spacious for a family of 5, clean and tidy. Lovely touch of milk, teabags and biscuits! Central location bit out of the hustle and bustle, quiet area with a 10min walk to city centre. Friendly correspondence from the yorkshire collection, all information was given from directions to simple appliance instructions, via messages before our stay as well as a welcome and thank you message on arrival/departure. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Nothing we didn't like, parking is tight but that is no fault of the yorkshire collection and was explained to us before out stay.

Everything!

No fans. Upstairs very warm ( on a hot day ) keep blinds shut and windows open. Can be quite noisey late/early hours Metal framed beds very squeaky. Although I have mentioned the above it definitely would NOT stop from going again. It is truly a great place to stay and thought out facilities

Excellent location, house was well appointed all facilities you would have in your own home where here. Nice touch with some milk in the fridge and some biscuits..

A couple of very minor points . Beds a bit creaky and I think on a very hot day the bedrooms could be a bit uncomfortable. All in all I would heartily recommend

This property is a little gem. It is in the heart of York city centre and is perfect for a little getaway. The property is very clean , spacious and homely. The owners were on hand every step of the way from initial booking to us checking out! Super service !

They key to the front door is a little stiff and we did Spend a bit of time trying to fiddle with it but we notified the owner and she didn’t hesitate to help us!

the house was fab! lots of space, very clean, lots of nice little touches…welcome biscuits, milk etc. also towels, hand soap, shampoo…and blood orange surface cleaner, which smelt divine! parking, great location…had the best time! could do with replacing mattresses and an electric fan would come in handy on hot summer nights.

the mattresses…we could feel every spring and they were really soft and noisy
