Great convenience for a night stay Everything very clean Accommodated us with a late check out which was appreciated

Excellent location for York centre and York minster only 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes in a taxi. shopping at Monks cross only a short trip by walking or easy short drive with plenty of parking. The house was very clean and comfortable with parking for 2 cars.. Communication with Michelle was excellent. I left something behind, and it is being returned asap. Would definitely recommend 👍

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Place is well prepared. Hope there are toiletries available though. The house is close to the centre. It’s easy to get a cab for a group. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood. The towels smelled a little bit, must have not been dried properly. Everything else is spotless. Kitchen is fabulous, some free snacks and stuff available to make a cuppa.

Very good two night stay here, would recommend.

Cozy and homely

The main bed was not particularly comfortable , but was absolutely fine for the one night stay .

Michelle was very responsive to our queries we had and nothing was an issue for her. The property was decorated very well and well stocked. The location was ideal for travelling around York and I would highly recommend this property

Lovely home, beautiful decorations! Close to bus stop, which gets you to the centre. Very clean and cosy. Parking on the driveway. We loved our stay
