"Disappointing"

The apartment itself was acceptable, but our experience was seriously impacted by how issues were handled during and after our stay. The washing machine malfunctioned during normal use and trapped our clothes inside for several days. The machine had been running for over 4 hours before the issue occurred, which suggests there may have been a fault with the appliance itself. We reported the problem immediately, but despite repeated assurances, no technician resolved the issue during our stay. As a result, we were left without access to our belongings, and our clothes remained damp inside the machine for days. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted a lot of our holiday time. What was most disappointing was the handling afterwards. Instead of receiving compensation for the inconvenience, part of our deposit (€94.19) was deducted, with the claim that the issue was caused by misuse. We strongly dispute this, as there were no instructions provided for operating the washing machine and we used it normally and responsibly. Communication and customer service were also very poor. We waited almost 2 weeks for a response and had to repeatedly follow up ourselves. Even then, the replies did not properly address our concerns or fully explain the situation. Overall, we did not feel the matter was handled fairly or professionally.

Spacious apartment with nice big terrace. Big kitchen with many appliances. Host very responsive. Close to the beach and Golden Mile.

The swimming pool pump gave a constant humming noise, and was causing a strong vibration in the apartment.

Lovely spot overlooking the pool, very central, 2 nice bathrooms. Very clean tidy, une outside eating space.
