Position in Alvor is exceptional - close to beach, quay and shopping/restaurants. View is fantastic from the balcony. Rooms (all with ensuite) are large and comfortable and main dining room /kitchen (and apartment generally) is very well equipped (dishwasher/washing mc/tumble dryer) . The pool area is perfect for a cool off after a day on the beach. Parking was right outside and straightforward. All the equipment /

Probs the only very minor point is that it is on three floors, with the main living area on top, so good stairclimbing workout!

Everything, really wonderful place to stay in Alvor! Really helpful when we needed a second stair gate, nothing is too much trouble. Beautifully furnished and nice touches like pastries and wine on arrival (which we haven't had in other apartments we have stayed in locally). The layout is one bedroom on the ground floor, two on the middle floor and lounge at the top with the beautiful view. You are metres from all the great restaurants of Alvor and a short walk to the beach. A fabulous base.

Stairs are super steep so may not be for everyone. But it's a stylish townhouse so also suits. Many ants on ground floor which my Mum, who had that bedroom, struggled with.. Some spray is provided but she had to be brushing up dead ants a lot of the time in the bathroom.

Location brilliant, loved the top balcony and view. Beds really comfortable.

Some of the door locks were a bit tricky.

Excellent location, 10 mins from the beach and Alvor town itself is on the doorstep. Hosts had excellent communication and were helpful when there were issues. Pool area is very nice and decent size for a townhouse

House isn’t suitable for young children or elderly as it is spread over 3 floors with step stairs with no hand rail. Very dissatisfied that there were no doors on any of the bathrooms, so all toilets are exposed, this is a bizarre feature and not a welcomed one. A door to a toilet is a necessity, this was a huge fault of the property. Little details were missed, no hand soap in any bathrooms, no books etc in the house which would have been nice. House was clean however there were a lot of ants and cockroaches. Pool area was lovely and the sun beds while they looked lovely were very uncomfortable, they need cushions. WiFi didn’t work in the ground bedroom which was disappointing.

Stunning 3 bedroom 3 storey property with the most beautiful sea views. Upside down living which places the huge living room/kitchen and balcony on the top floor. Beautifully designed and decorated . Just like a 5 star boutique hotel. The pool is just perfect… private and safe for the kids. Worth every penny. 300/400 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the centre of Alvor with access to dozens of amazing restaurants. Book it now…. You will not be disappointed!!!
