Alvor Bela Vista I

The location was excellent. Just a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants and the beach.

Everything about the property was stunning, even better than the photos. We were on our honeymoon and on our arrival there was a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us, a really lovely touch. The house is stunning, from the beautiful furnishings and decor to smart speakers for every room in the house, smart tv, and of course the pool and patio area. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with beautiful views from the balconies and front patio stretching over the marina and looking out over the boardwalk towards the sea. Location wise it’s ideal, probably an 8 or 9 minute stroll on the boardwalk to the beach, and within a 2 to 3 minute stroll to being absolutely spoilt for choice for restaurants, cafes and bars. Each place we went to for food was lovely with friendly staff, but definitely would recommend O Touro Alvor, Namaste and Cake away. Also, pretty much outside the front door of Bella Vista is a bus stop with regular buses to Praia do Vau and Portimao. The hosts were great, we didn’t meet but communication was excellent and found them really helpful with any questions we had. If it’s within budget or even slightly over, our advice would be just to book it and enjoy your stay, really hoping we get an opportunity to visit again late this year

Stunning property with amazing harbour sunsets! Close to everything, beach, restaurants etc Host very helpful throughout.

The whole villa was a a delight to stay in

Could do with shower soap dishes in all 3 bathrooms and more space to put things in the smaller bedroom
