Yew Tree Cottage Farm Stay Sleeps 4

The location was wonderful, peaceful with rolling countryside and view of castle ruins from the house and garden. The cottage was wonderfully cosy and quaint, loved the blinds and lampshades depicting sheep etc. It was traditional with modern twists and we felt at home at once. Bathroom and kitchen were spacious and well equipped, little touches such as coffee and tea sachets and biscuits were nice too. Seating area good outside and we were even joined by a horse at breakfast! Dont worry it was friendly and there was a fence between us! The location near Scarborough and not far from places such , as Robin Hoods Bay and Bempton. Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely return . :)

Only a tiny point but freezer needed defrosting, and no plug in bathroom. Everything else good .

Beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. Lovely country walks on the doorstep coupled with some cosy pubs. Scarborough is a stones throw away for the busy tourist life and getting back to the cottage and a bbq was the perfect way to unwind. Hosts very accommodating and nothing was any bother for them. Horses right on your doorstep in the field next door too.

This is an exceptionally beautiful location and amazing cottage! We will miss the view from the bedrooms!

Loved everything about the cottage, great location, very roomy but cozy with everything you need. Pub and shop within walking distance.

Clean very quiet everything you need is in the cottage that's our 3rd stay
