Family Home in the Charming Coastal Town of Barry

The property was a very decent size, comfortable, and kitted out with everything you could need as a family for a stay. It felt like staying at a friend’s house!

Clear instructions from the host for lockbox access / key collection. Beautiful home, clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised / shown on the booking.com website

1) House was a bit confusing to find as house number is not clearly displayed and we went around walking in circles trying to find the home as we didn't want to trespass by entering the wrong property 2) The double bed mattress needs a review as my husband and I were a bit uncomfortable and stiff on waking up and had to use the single beds for the 2nd night. All the single bed mattresses were very comfy.

The property was immaculate, well maintained, lovely decor, very clean and had all the comforts of home. It made our time in Barry much nicer. The host kept in touch prior to and during our stay to ensure everything went off well. The local area and streets felt safe. Off-street parking was good immediately outside the property and at the back and more parking on the street too if needed. We were able to walk to the shops and dockyard. Within five minutes drive by car to local attractions like Barry Pleasure Island, Whitmore Bay, Jackson's Bay Porthkerry country park and many other attractions. Very close to Cardiff by car.
