Exceptionally clean!! Beds was very comfortable had a fab sleep! The property is located on a nice and quite part of the park

No faults in my opinion the property was fine for what we needed it for

"Nice and very clean"

Lovely caravan, all lovely and clean, comfortable. It had everything we needed. In nice quieter area of the holiday resort. About 5 mins walk to main gate and reception. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the owner. Couldn’t fault anything. Yes it’s simple and there are more posher and nicer caravans but for price it was great

"I WILL NEVER USE THIS OWNER AGAIN!!!"

The caravan was spacious and clean. Nice location. The site left a lot to he desired.

we paid £6.70 each per nite per person for club passes we didn't use the club house. The entertainment was not to our taste. It was compulsory to purchase the passes. we were shocked to find out that we had to pay extra to use the swimming pool. we saved a measly £5 off the wrist band for the fair. The palaver I had getting my dammage deposit back was a joke!!! Booking.com did not state any of the above on thier website, I have used them several times before without any fuss. I would never book a caravan with them again, I will go direct to unity resorts.

We only like the location

Property had a hell of a lot of issues. Dampness on the main bed head board managed to wake us up through out the night. Not even a glass to drink water. No toilet or bathroom floor mat so the floor was soaking wet after having a shower due to the condense. Empty kitchen with no basic kitchen stuff. There were few rusted kitchen pans which were disgusting to use. Duvets were stuffed together. Entrance stair was very unsafe during the rain. There is a hell of a lot hidden charges in small fonts. Last but not least they have charged us £20 for damaged curtain that was as it is when we booked in but she managed to ripped us off with unreliable complaint. I have seen one other customer also complained on this same point so I guess this type of charges are common for her & this is her second income.
