The house was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, well equipped and with a great view.

I had trouble finding the hair dryer, but that was my fault!

Everything. A lovely cottage situated in a picturesque location. Has everything you will need for a home away from home. Catherine and Bernard were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

The house was immaculate. Every convenience was provided.The grounds were superbly maintained.Views stunning.Value for money was great.

More isolated then expected, but met our needs on this occasion as we had a few hectic days at a family wedding prior to our stay..

We loved everything about Claragh Cottage. From our first contact with Catherine and Bernard via email to meeting them the evening of our arrival, everything was perfect. The best holiday accommodation we have ever had was at Claragh Cottage. The scenery and view from the house is magnificent. It was spotlessly clean and so welcoming with fresh flowers on the table and basic groceries in the house which we could use. We loved the sheep and cattle in the fields and the girls enjoyed a dip in Claragh Lough. The location was perfect for researching our ancestors who were from Co. Cavan and timing was great for the Cavan Calling festival. Thanks for a wonderful stay at Claragh Cottage, Catherine and Bernard!

claragh Cottage was extremely clean, organized new and offered all the of. Bernard and Catherine , the owners, designed this cottage as an Airbnb thinking of the traveler in mind. It was beautifully furnished and masterly designed for complete comfort, peace, quiet, and rest. The cottage was built over looking the lake. The sheep welcome does every morning by grazing in the grass right outside of the cottage and be on fence. We could see and hear the sounds of the cows mooing on the rolling grassy hills below.

Beautifully appointed , excellent standard of decor/ finish/ amenities. In lovely rural location with gorgeous picture windows to admire views. Met Catherine and Bernard who are so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this lovely cottage to anyone
