Location is near to Kyoto station and easy acces to public transport. The house is comfortable. Complete utensils and quiet area.

The best! Very spacious! Everything was perfect. There were 3 rooms in our rooms and all of them had aircon. Beds are comfortable, had a small backyard for smokin and hangin clothes. Takes 15 mins from kyoto staiton on foot. Close to bus stops and other staitons.

Location excellent and great space for a family of 5 -6 people

Only one toliet.

Near Kyoto station, 10 minutes walk. Very comfortable place. All equipped. 3 bedrooms all with comfortable beds. The dining area is the living room too, no sofa. , so all can gather for meals. Washing machine, stove, fridge all good.

Nothing to dislike. 1 bathroom, 1 wc. Stairs were narrow. So leave your luggages in one of the extra tatami room on the ground floor since all the shower are on the same level.

It’s close from the station but very quiet place.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family. The house is spacious, and it has a full-size bath - something rather unusual in many hotels and rooms for rent in Japan. It was also very clean and comfortable. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from the nearest station, and if you feel like it, you can walk from Kyoto Station in 15-20 minutes.

great location right next to the train station

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Good location - handy to city buses and Kintetsu Toji station.

A dryer would be nice.

The position is quite convinience.

Laundry detergent didn’t even sufficient for a single use. The washing machine is in its verse of being useless, malfunctioned. Futons is turning yellow with smell. Air conditioner being smell at first.
