Lovely space for a group of 4. Excellent location. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Чисто, красиво, вежливый персонал. Нас заселили раньше времени (в 13.00, вместо 15.00). Очень просторная квартира, до всех локаций удобно добираться. Антикварная мебель вызывает полный восторг!

Плохо сохнут вещи и даже специальный режим кондиционера для этого не помогает. Возможно, это особенности климата

A casa está bem localizada, entre a zona comercial de Kyoto e os jardins do Palácio Imperial. Fica num local muito calmo, com várias lojas, supermercados e restaurantes perto. O espaço é excelente para uma estadia confortável, é uma autêntica casa, muito bem equipada e decorada (tem até um piano!). Não tem um quarto de banho — é uma sala de banho! É quase um onsen privado.

Apenas uma divisão tem luz natural (um quarto com janela). Para uma estadia onde o uso é essencialmente noturno, não é problemático, até porque o conforto da casa compensa.

Perfect for a family of 4. Location was excellent, walking distance to trains, food and shopping . House comes with private hot tub which was nice for relaxation. Rooms were well appointed and host was excellent . It even had a piano which the kids enjoyed playing. Our host always made sure our stay was enjoyable and was available whenever we needed.

Nothing at all. Maybe a few more hooks near the washbasin to hang towels, otherwise the place is excellent .

Good communications with the property owner as to arrival time-- the owner was waiting as we arrived from the train station. He can help get luggage to the second floor using a luggage elevator. Great information on the facility-- clean, great location, good community for subway access and good restaurants.

Not a lot of casual seating-- there are three chairs at the kitchen bar and two chairs around a table. It is not significant as you are typically not in the room that would require seating for up to 4.
