Beautiful house with modern facilities and traditional charm. Yumi is an excellent host, taking time to show us around the house and give some recommendations on places to visit. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Beautiful accommodation, everything worked as it should and very spacious. Everything you need you could find in the apartment. Very good amenities, location in a calm part, but easily accessible. The host was very attentive and super nice and knowledgeable. The apartment gave us a really Japanese feel and vibe. I would highly recommend it and will be returning next year for my next visit.

There was nothing to not like!

Such and amazing house in the middle of Kyoto. The interior is beautiful and everything is just on point. Yumi is the most fantastic host - she has the best recommendations, is extremly helpful, and answers any inquitery strait away. You could not ask for more.
