Rutland cottage

Great location not far from town and shops.The cottage its self is in its own wee grounds and was spotless credit to the owners and everything was there you need for a great wee stay.

Location was perfect !

The bungalow is very tired, and needs a good clean, very strange having a bed in the lounge ? The bathroom, was awful far too small to have a bath in, and smoke alarm kept going off !! Just very old and tired, needs some TLC, and declutter, lovely little garden but again needs some hours spent tidying up.

Lovely cottage. Had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. Fantastic location - close to the beach, and the shops, yet it was so peaceful. I'd definitely stay again.

Wasn't easy to find. It looked like a pedestrian path, but was in fact the road to the property. Could do with a sign on Charles Street.

Perfect location for the beach. Short pleasant walk to centre of Largs. Lovely garden. Lots of hot water and excellent heating.

Cant think of anything - everything was great. The property is very near to a train line but I never heard the train.

Great value for the price. The cottage is 5 minutes drive to marina, 10 min walk to the town center and even less to the sea walking area, which was beautiful and had kids playground. Inside all the necessities for a short stay. The place was neat and clean. Hot water was always available, towels, hair dryer - all was present.

this is my second stay here. I love the enclosed garden and how close it is to the waterfront.
