Rutland cottage

Nice cottage.

The location is great, cottage quirky.

The whole cottage needs some work done. The pillows and quilts are dirty and flat and need replacing. The bathroom skirting between the bath and under the sink is filthy. The garden is overgrown in places so could do with tidying up. The kitchen is OK, but not sure if the table would sit 5 people especially as there is only 3 chairs. No bedside table in double bed room.

Host was very responsive to questions and accommodated our changing check in times. Cottage was very cute and the good WIFI and satellite TV were very useful.

Wonderful little place, great location and a private garden. Had a great time really close to everything beach, park, shops, train station and ferry port would 100% stay again. Kids loved the garden.

Could do with a new hoover, one that's proved dose work but is really heavy and hard to use. But that's just me being picky..😀

Love location and cottage

the cottage was lovely with its own private gardens, really close to beach and in a nice quite spot. it had everything you needed including washing machine. I would highly recommend this cottage.

showering was a little difficult for me as I have a fused ankle and bad legs, it was over bath, but other than that it was perfect, clean and comfy. It also provided towels so that's something else you don't need to bring in your case. Morrisons is only 6min walk away for your shopping so couldn't ask for anything more.

Facilities - washing machine, fridge, cooker etc. Private garden. All on one level. Pet friendly property.

As an elderly couple the location was not as central as we would have liked.
