Very beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent location in the central city. Easy walk to all the sights, restaurants, etc. We especially liked having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Rafaelle, the owner, was very kind and thoughtful. He met us at the apartment to show us around and answer our questions. He showed us the notebook he prepared for guests with restaurant recommendations and all the other information we needed.

This very comfortable small house has everything you need to self cater and catch up on laundry. It is very clean and immaculately maintained. It is located very close to the main restaurant and shopping strip Via Guieseppe Libertini. One of the connecting lanes pops you out at Flow Bar and Bistrot which serves the best breakfast. Note that the fastidious host Raffaele only speaks Italian. If you speak another language, a strong recommendation is to establish contact a few days before using WhatsApp which translates. The Booking.Com messaging works too but if you are waiting to get into the accommodation there can be a delayed host response which is problematic as you must meet Raffaele to enter. We found the parking lot just off Viale Dell’Universita was the most convenient.

Difficult key access. There are locked two half gates to be opened before unlocking the door. Great security but a bit tedious. Not sure about the talking gas alarm that verbally welcomes you every time you enter the house!

A very nice apartment in a central but quiet location. Good communication and a friendly welcome. Recommended

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the flat came with so many 'essentials' (salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta, tomato sauce, biscuits, pharmacy etc.) which made us feel at home. The fact that it was equipped with a washing mashing & dryer with laundry detergent we could use makes a huge difference when you've been travelling for a while!

the decoration of the place was less charming in real life Vs photos, but it didn't bother us :) We sometimes had a weak wifi connection depending on what time we were browsing.

The location & facilities were fabulous, Rafaelle couldn't have been more helpful!

The apartment was beautifully appointed- kitchen well stocked with condiments and pots etc. Our little courtyard was delightful. The area was quite and was close to bars and restaurants. Our host Raphael met us at the apartment and was extremely helpful with anything we needed and on call if needed. He offered to drive us to the station on checkout if needed.

Great location, had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Washing machine and dryer and well equipped kitchen.
