Erigmore Spa Cottage - A cosy cottage located in a countryside park with WIFI and access to swimming pool

Loved the cottage, the hottub and the friendliness of the site. Loads of lovely local walks and coffee shops nearby. The dogs love the closeness to the river. The beds are really comfortable .

Boy thats one uncomfortable couch and chairs set! Only a teeny issue.

The cottage is bigger than it seems on the photos. It is spotless, extremely comfortable beds, quiet and the hot tub is fantastic. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is so lovely.

The WiFi is spotty at times and does tend to drop. The bathroom door needs some wd40 as it has a loud squeak! The kitchen has the bare necessities but could be filled with a few more utensils. Minor things as the cottage is fantastic

The location near historical towns and Perth was ideal with a young family. The room sizes in the cottage were good and the hot tub was clean and cosy.

The furnishings need some TLC. Stains on the dining chairs, as well as only 2 out of 4 chairs safe to use as others were really loose and wobbly, unsafe when children needing to sit there. Fridge in kitchen comes loose from the cupboard bit. Unable to open upper bathroom windows so can see why it becomes damp and previous signs of mould. TV remotes missing back case so batteries fall out. Gas oven dials were unreadable, so needs to be a written discription how to work it in future. The cottage smelled like damp dogs, a pet safe air freshener should be included, especially when it's clear previous occupants never adhered to rules of no pets on furniture as hair on some too.

Restaurant wasn't open until the time stated to us . We phon3d the managers number and were told that the restaurant was open, but we were standing outside it and it was in darkness

Spacious cottage great facilities hot tub was lovely with decking around it for easy access, game room was a good addition if only the tv in there worked internet did not reach it but would be great if you had kids they could bring there consoles to play in there while adults had tv in cottage , shower was great also

Not so private as it backs onto main building workers tractors etc Front garden isn’t fenced and secure for dogs

The little cottage was perfect for our stay. Cozy. private, secure and had all the amenities you could need. Staff on site were lovely and were really helpful when I had some questions about my stay.

The cottage was much more spacious than initially thought it would be. When I booked I didn't realise there was a got tub which was an absolute hit.

Everything was great.
