VIVA Casa da Vila River & Sea in Porto-Family & Friends

Keys were in the lockbox as noted for check in. Location was walkable to beach however it is a very narrow street (typical) and the 'free' street parking is wherever you can find to squeeze your vehicle into. We had to park 6 blocks away after dropping bags. We did not complete the stay based on the reasons below. The assistant who came to meet us was professional, we canceled and received a prompt refund. So I will say this was a good reason.

The house smells of mold and mildew. One person in our group has asthma and immediately needed to use medications. There was a hole in the door to the kitchen, another hole in the wall on the stairs. Walls were stained. The couch which is a sleeper bed stained. I would not recommend anyone to sleep there. The pictures are not accurate to current conditions. there is not a patio. It is 1m wide x about 3m. The only shower In the house was being repaired because prior renters broke the glass door. Understandable it is not in the control of the owner, however at 6pm, the repairmen had many hours remaining to fix the glass door. Then the glue would need to cure, so no shower for 12+ hours. Ultimately, we did not stay here and did receive a refund.

Posizionata in Foz vecchia, fermata dell'autobus a meno di 200m e spiaggia vicinissima. La casa è ben fornita di tutti i comfort e il necessario per un soggiorno di più giorni. Eravamo in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo; con tre camere, due bagni, ampio soggiorno e cucina ben accessoriata. Proprietario gentile che è sempre stato disponibile ad accogliere le mie domande e richieste prontamente.

Nie można zostawić jedzenia na zewnątrz, ponieważ wszędzie były mrówki.

Lo único bueno que tiene el apartamento es la ubicación. Cerca de las paradas de autobús para ir al centro y cerca de bares y restaurante. Y en la Playa del Inglés.

No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento. Las camas muy malas, los colchones bastante usados, las almohadas eran como cojines. Pero sin duda lo peor eran los baños, el de abajo vertía agua y el de arriba la ducha acumulaba agua. Bastante anti higiénico y muy deteriorado. La limpieza de la casa deja mucho que desear. Sin duda el peor alojamiento en el que me he hospedado.
