Idyllic Cornish Cottage, Superking bed, private garden dogs welcome

A very warm welcome from our hosts and cream teas and other snacks/essentials gratefully received on arrival. Super comfy beds and very nicely presented, homely accommodation. Dog friendly!

Car port a bit narrow

Loved this little cottage and all its home comforts. Liz has thought of everything so you wont be disappointed. There was an amazing welcome hamper including cream tea, so no need to rush to the shops for that pint of milk. Plenty of parking on site and Liz lives next door, so anything you need and she's on it straight away. Large private garden at the rear and gate from the parking slot for ease with bags etc. Lots of baby rabbits every morning popping in under the fence from the paddocks and fields around. Beds are huge and very comfortable, everything you need for a cosy home from home. Plenty of hot water and a full size bath an added bonus, after a long walk on the beach. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in Cornwall.

The access off the busy main road outside, along a very pot holed lane to the cottages, is the only thing that I can mention, but don't let that put you off. Just take your time as its really worth it.

Liz was a friendly, welcoming host. Outstanding hamper and delicious Cornish cream tea on arrival. Milk, butter, etc in fridge. Kitchen staples, cleaning basics included. Comfortable sitting room and very comfortable beds. Clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Fresh flowers in rooms. Large, secure, private garden with seating and separate dining table. Direct access to fields and country lanes for dog walks. Very dog friendly. Excellent location, close to Truro with easy access to coastal towns.

Great location for exploring Cornwall, can easily get to North and South coast. Very comfortable cottage, maintained to an excellent standard, with some lovely personal touches like welcome hamper and fresh flowers.

Loved the peace and quiet, good parking,host very pleasant, extra goodies much appreciated. Nice well enclosed garden, perfect for the dogs. Good all round accommodation.

More crockery and cutlery(had to keep washing up!) A small coffee table to place cups on would have been useful in lounge.
