Idyllic Cornish Cottage, Superking bed, private garden dogs welcome

Converted old buildings with character. Our feeling was that a lot of thought had been put into the Old Stables regarding the decor which was our favourite. However, the Old Piggery was comfortable and the sitting room was a very good size.

The rough track was a bit daunting for the car! However, there was car port for it which was good. The lighting in the kitchen of The Old Piggery wasn’t great.

Everything! Immaculately clean throughout. Very well equipped kitchen; laundry facilities; comfy beds; smart TV; very nice garden with garden furniture and fire pit; generous welcome basket with doggy treats as well as human ones; cream tea on arrival; fresh flowers and candles in the rooms; quality bedding; large soft bath sheets; convenient undercover parking...... Liz was friendly, welcoming and approachable to us and our little dogs. Location perfect for us, all Cornwall's main attractions easily accessible by car

Very good communication. Super spacious beds. Welcome hamper with everything we needed for our weekend stay including a delicious cornish cream tea. Perfect for family of four and our dog!

High quality, clean, beautiful furnishings. Fantastic, helpful host who was incredibly welcoming of my young family. Peaceful location (until we arrived, I'm sure!) with a very relaxed and friendly feel.

Honestly cannot think of a thing!

Property was in a quiet location but within easy reach of main road and villages close by for shops, pub restaurant etc. A hamper was provided on arrival which was unexpected, containing whole variety of good quality products. We had a small problem with the shower which was dealt with immediately. The property was well maintained and modern inside. The owner was keen to provide good quality accommodation for a fair price, which she was successful in achieving.

It would have been convenient to have a couple of clothes hooks in the bathroom perhaps on the inside of the door.

Highly recommended!!! A lovely, clean and tidy cottage. Garden is fully closed, so you can let youre dog to run, while you chilling and making barbecue. We’ve received a cute welcome basket and flowers 🥰 Beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen have all supplies. Perfect localisation, close to many popular places and beaches.
