Everything was excellent

Lovely well equipped accomodation. Spectacular view for your own private balcony. Good location as a centre for exploring the many local places of interest.

We couldn't work the TV in the bedroom and felt too silly to ask!

Friendly welcome, comfortable and very clean accommodation, very good value for money. We hope to stay again sometime.

We can't fault it

You are on a main road, but it is not the busiest in the county. One double bed with overhead cupboards, ensuite shower, small kitchen, large living room and diner, and conservatory. The bed and dining table have big lights/fans over them so in the hot weather you8 can remain cool. You will not want for anything. The hosts even provided a bottle of wine, small milk, chocolate biscuits, coffee, tea and sugar. There is enough cutlery and crockery for two people and visitors, too. Great sunsets, totally free to do what we wanted. The conservatory was great in the evenings, especially in the rain, if you like that sort of thing. The gardens are massive. Look out for the rabbits playing on the lawn. There is a local petrol station and fuel garage next door, very few neighbours, and Great locations. Ten minutes gets you close to the main line connections for London, Newhaven, Seaford, Brighton, Falmer (Amex Stadium and the University of Sussex), Gatwick and Eastbourne. The A22, A259 and A27 are all close enough for road access to Gatwick, Brighton, Eastbourne, Lewes, the Amex Stadium, Glyndebourne, Raystede, and Uckfield, and close enough to Gatwick without being under the flightpaths.

Nothing. Four mugs instead of two might be nice to match the numbers of everything else, but thanks for a great break.

The hosts were really hospitable, friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazingly clean, tidy and really cozy. An all round excellent holiday away.
