L unica cosa positiva è la posizione

Locale umido , trovato lenzuoli, trapuntino e cuscini usati dall ospite precedente, sporchi e puzzolenti, wc sporco, lumache per la casa e muri tappezzati da zanzare spiaccicate sul muro . Mai trovato una situazione così . Veramente un incubo

Appena fuori Lucca ma comodissimo. Parcheggio riservato e possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Per vedere Lucca o come nel nostro caso assistere ad un concerto soluzione top

Heating was effective, plenty of hot water. Breakfast things left were helpful.

In my opinion essential to own a car for this property as no supermarket within walking distance. Bus service very limited (infrequent and non on Sundays) It is a walkable distance (3.3 km but the first 2 kms there is no pavement. Local restaurant had closed (October) Don’t expect to find a kettle, toaster or microwave in the kitchen.

Quiet location, helpful host, comfortable accommodation.

Difficult to find in the dark and in torrential rain, no hot water on first night (but quickly rectified by host in the morning), bed was low (difficult to get out of for us old people!!), no kettle.
