The Nest at Bramble Cottage Lacock

Character, quiet, well located*, good facilities and easy to work out everything (tv, WiFi etc). * easy to get to places, eg Castle Combe, see image.

Not a big issue: finding Bramble Cottage the first time slightly tricky as Notton Park numbering not logical (higher numbers eg 38 are near the school and no 47 comes after 35!) Also worth bringing a torch as parking area a little way from The Nest.

We loved the cottage, the area, everything. The hosts were great, the bed was very comfortable, we will come back some time and stay longer.

Can't think of anything to put here.

Private cosy holiday annex in a nice rural location with everything provided for our stay, also one of the most comfy beds ive ever slept in. Only a 20 minute walk to the village of Lacock, a must visit to anyone who stays. Only stayed the two nights, wished it had been longer.

Beautiful cottage ,lovely setting so quiet

nothing it was perfect break

Lovely quiet location.

Wifi was poor, didn’t work most of the time. The phone signal in the property is poor so if locating there for work may struggle.

From the moment we arrived and met our Host, Bev we were made to feel at home. The accommodation was lovely, clean and tidy. We didn’t make use of the kitchen but everything was in place should we have wanted to make food etc - this will not be our last visit, it was excellent all round - Five Stars 👍

Friendly helpful hosts, comfy bed, good base to visit Corsham and Lacock Abbey and village, as well as other iconic sites.

No washer/dryer which would have been the icing on the cake.
