The privacy of the location, but its proximity to the town. The quality of the house and fixtures, the comfortable bed, the outdoor bath

It was an extremely hot weekend and some of the automatic blinds in the lounge didn't work

"Lovely stay in Akaroa"

A charming modern house with ample living and common areas. It’s a two-story home that has the downstairs bedrooms locked. It’s exceptionally well-equipped and clearly cherished by the owners, giving you the feeling of enjoying a stay in a personal residence filled with thoughtful touches.

Found the queen size bed a bit firm and bedding was very crisp and crunchy/noisy and there was only a winter dooner which we found quite hot.

Die Unterkunft ist erste Sahne!! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, ob Waschlotion, Shampoo, Toilettenartikel. Kaffee ist für die Tage des Aufenthalts vorhanden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Also pikobello sauber. Die Lage ist leicht oberhalb des Ortes, die letzten Meter gehen steil bergauf. Für jeden der einigermaßen zu Fuß ist kein Problem. Dafür absolute Ruhe, außer die Vögel .Schöner Blick von der Terrasse in die Natur. Ins Dorf ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Nur zum Empfehlen!!!

The view was so serene and peaceful. Gorgeous outlook. Lovely living area. Convenient and very short drive to village, or a nice walk, but be prepared for steep climb back up :)

It was a transitiion of seasons so we were just very hot as it was a winter doona, but no ones fault
