Location is excellent. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be back again. Sara the host is just the loveliest lady and communication was spot on. Great base for a stay in Lewes which is a pretty little town and short walk to train for Brighton which is not far.

Nice and roomy front room/kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped if you do want to make your own meals. Plenty of pubs, take-aways, and restaurants right on the doorstep if you want to eat out. Owner greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, many thanks 🙂
