Location - amazing house on the beach, which was a perfect location to stay when it wasn't windy Very quiet and remote. Waking up and being the first on the beach for a morning swim cannot be beat.

On the surface, the villa looked perfect, but living there it did not feel like value for money for eur600 per night. Sheets didn't fit the beds, internal doors did not lock, toilet paper and toileteries felt cheap. Welcome basket items seemed to be from a wholesalers. Kitchen layout was not practical.

Ammoa residences was located on one of the best beaches in Serifos! We were able to walk to the beach within a couple of minutes and return back to the house whenever we felt. It was very relaxing and my family enjoyed the quiet time there. Vasilis was very helpful in letting us know some of the best places to eat and visit. The home was fully stocked with a stove, fridge, Kurig coffee machine with pods, coffee pot, all cutlery and dishes. House was also comfortable for a family of 6 and had a great layout. We enjoyed the patio facing the beach. Definitely will come back!

The beach did not have sunbeds and umbrellas but we just headed back to the house when it got too hot for us. Although there are no super markets or tavernas located in this spot, there is a cantina which the lady that runs it was happy to bring us coffees, drinks and food right to the beach.
