It's a nice apartment on 2 floors with the bedroom upstairs leading onto a terrace with excellent views. We enjoyed our short stay, and Franca was very welcoming and responsive to our questions.

Access to the property is up a very steep narrow lane with a very tight entrance to the drive which needs to be entered from above - it's on the left hand side, and it's further up the hill than the booking.com location suggests. For users of what3words it's at ///benches.chronicles.vacating

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Franca.. la casetta è uno spettacolo, molto accogliente con un giardino a disposizione.. molto pulita, curata.. consiglio assolutamente per dei giorni ad arcola che è un paesino da visitare

Accueil trés chaleureux. Logement très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut (serviette, torchon, shampoing) avec également tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Franca est très sympathique. Son logement offre une vue incroyable sur l'Arcola. Il est situé à un peu plus de 20 min de La Spezia, idéal pour se rendre au Cinques Terrres. Je recommande à 100%. Merci Franca pour ce séjour.

This is not an independent house but one house divided in 2 with a common garden. In addition the owner lives in the next house and everyday she is coming at any time she wants, to take a garbage or just to check how it's going or if the guests from the other house left they are coming at the morning to clean, to do smith in the garden, making noise and you basically can't relax and feel at home... They want you to leave at 10 am, too early and arrive after 3 pm... because the owner should be present to give you the key. It's written that there is a coffee machine but there were only 2 capsules for 2 people for 3 nights, I had to ask for more... There was no salt and no tea at all. You definitely need a car there but I think it's clear for everyone. I basically liked everything, except that from the announcement you imagine that you rent all the house and you will stay alone in a calm atmosphere and instead of that you have the other tourists and the owner there.
