Detached Bungalow in North Cornwall

We love the little cottage and location. It was nice and quiet. The host provided everything you need for self-catering. We would definitely use it again.

The instructions to locate the property were very clear. The bungalow itself was beautifully appointed and warm. Everyone in the park was very friendly and the swimming pool was beautiful.

It was a lovely cosy bungalow, equipped with anything one possibly needed for cooking when self catering. 2 ducks who were regular visitors to the grounds around the bungalow were great entertainment for kids. It was in really nice location, close to Tintagel, Padstow, st. Issac and Polzeath beach. We were family of 4 and had wonderful weekend overthere. We also used the swimming pool in the Manor that comes with booking.

The floor in the bungalow was fairly cold, although it was nice warm inside, the heating worked well, but we'd take slippers next time:)

Cleanliness, comprehensive information book about the bungalow. Shower good, most cooking tools there. Parking convenient, WiFi adequate. Comfy furniture.

Main bedroom size with short double bed ridiculously tight. Almost impossible to get around and into RHS of the bed. Only about 18 cm of space and 20 cm at the bottom. No bedside table on one side and only one lamp? Wardrobe and hanging space also tight. Nowhere near enough space to put clothes for two adults apart from small drawers and a couple of shelves, which were ludicrously difficult to access. Goodness knows if you came for more than a few days! Couldn't undress nor unpack a bag. Then where do you put cases? No info available that we could find re Park facilities. Didn't get to swim as pool was fully booked! Children's entertainment was OK.
