Maryam Garden Apartments & Villa

Appartement très agréable avec une cour, climatisation dans la chambre et moustiquaire. Le ménage était fait tous les jours par une personne très intentionnée et agréable. La propriétaire était facilement joignable et a pris de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

The stay was comfortable and the place was very clean.

Problems with insects and mosquitoes coming into the room, would be great if they provided repellents or incense to keep them away. The WiFi was unstable and did not work consistently. We had issues with power and water running out the first few nights but it was looked into it and was resolved.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und nicht weit von Paje entfernt. Außerdem war der Strand in direkter Nähe, wobei in der Umgebung touristisch nicht so viel los ist. Dennoch ist bei Ebbe ein Spaziergang am Strand nach Paje möglich. Der kleine Vorgarten war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit für gemütliche Abende. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Frühstück wurde immer zur gewünschten Zeit vorbereitet.

Leider gab es viele Moskitos in der Unterkunft. Der Wasserdruck im Bad ist nicht besonders stark, aber dennoch ausreichend.

The location only near by the sea

The house wasn’t that much clean and actually the payment process doesn’t went in proper way from booking website and the owner and I become the one who doesn’t want to pay which is make makes my stay the worst part in my travel to Zanzibar.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful outdoor. Cozy and very clean. Very near to the beach.

Was all good

We had a great stay at Maria’s place. The place is very comfortable, very close to the beach and close to Paje, you can reach Paje by foot on the beach in short time. Maria was at one call distance any time we needed, as we spent a month there. Always willing to help when we asked and if she can’t help, she will always find someone else to help with anything you need. The place it’s great for a long stay and if you need your privacy. I must say a good word about Umanzi, the girl who is keeping the place clean and tidy. She is a very kind lady and she took good care of us and our place while we were there. I wish her all the best and hope to see her again. Thank you Maria for all you did to make us feel at home and to have all the comfort we have in Europe.

Appartamento incantevole, pulitissimo e ad un passo dalla spiaggia. Proprietaria super. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed organizzato un' escursione indimenticabile. E ci ha fatto preparare una cena da leccarsi le dita. TOP!
