Beach Jewel 5bd-3 1/2 bath -5 min walk to Beach!

We encountered areas that clearly hadn't been dusted or wiped down recently.Additionally, the kitchen was lacking in essential supplies. We found it challenging to prepare meals due to the limited number of pots, pans, and basic utensils. More comprehensive kitchenware would greatly improve the experience for guests who plan to cook during their stay.

We loved the location of this beach house; the neighborhood was lovely. The location near the pool was ideal and the walk to the beach was not bad at all! There was even a golf cart shuttle to drop and pickup near the beach. The beach house itself was spacious and had essentially everything we needed during our 5 night stay. The towels in the bathrooms were nice and seemed new. The washer and dryer were very nice and new. The updated bathrooms were great! We liked the outdoor shower as well!

The beach house needs a deep clean and to be freshened up with a new living room couch, properly functioning lamps (many lightbulbs didn't work or lamps were broken), properly functioning lights and fans in the bedrooms, new rugs, properly functioning dresser drawers, and screens on the side screened in porch need to be replaced. The floors in the house had been swept but not mopped. Our feet were dirty after walking on them for a short time. The ice maker would produce ice but not "spit" the ice out.

It was mins from the beach. Very beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Right across from pool.

The parking was very minimal as my family and I were there for a wedding.

It had enough room to sleep all 13 of my family members

Didn’t have enough towels for each bathroom but it wasn’t an issue we washed what we had

The bathroom sink would not drain and the shower the water pressure was not the greatest.
