The location of the house was excellent. It was in a gated safe neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Upon arrival, a load of towels was still in the dryer and some that appeared dry in basket. I wasn't sure if they were really dry, so I rewashed them to ensure that we had clean towels. Also, my family came on a van with a small u-haul trailer hitched to the back so that we had room for clothes and other items that we were buying when we got ready to return home. The following morning the maintenance guy informed us that we could not have the trailer on property but another guy that was helping out said it would be ok as long as it was not parked on the grass. Long story short we had to rent a spot for the remainder of our trip so that we could park the trailer. This needs to be added to the contract so other people won't repeat the same thing that we had to experience. The maintenance guys were really helpful and nice and only doing their jobs. WE can't blame them for this. Other than that, no other problems, our stay was AWESOME. I will definitely consider renting again.
