Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Good location for Topsham town centre, lovely shops, pubs and cafes and lovely riverside walks. Nice garden. Property clean and well equipped.

The property is right on a road that is very busy which makes unloading outside the property impossible - we would have caused a huge traffic jam. So we had to unload a distance away and carry our bags etc along a narrow pavement. The traffic starts by 7am, even on a Sunday morning and is constant. Also the front door opens directly from the lounge onto the pavement which is not particularly wide so there’s people talking loudly on their way past until 11.30pm at least.
