The foot bath was just amazing. You can sit there and hang out. I took my family there, but I can easily imagine it’d be also perfect for a trip with friends. Absolutely loved it. The kitchen has everything we needed. Although we didn’t use it, there was an indoor electric grill with which you can cook the likes of okonomiyaki etc. I’d imagine it’d be handy for a big group. The Bedrooms upstairs were decent. Very spacious and open. I’d have liked it even more if there was a partition or something to give some privacy to those staying in the bigger bedroom. The bath was the highlight. We all took a bath at least twice a day.

1. Shelves in the upstairs bathroom was dirty and dusty (see the photo). 2. In the accommodation, there are some rules and asks put on the wall (see the photo). One of them reads ‘IN THE COMMON AREAS PUT YOUR PETS INSIDE YOUR CARRIERS OR CARRY THEM’. I was a bit confused by this because the entire ground floor is the common area (living room, kitchen etc) and since you are not allowed to bring the pet upstairs, you have to confine the pet in the carrier or hold them for the entire duration of the stay (or leave them in the entrance). If this is what they really mean, they should not be advertising themselves as ‘pet-friendly’ accommodation. If it’s not what they mean, it should be clarified because it’s confusing. 3. Parking spot was tight in the South villa (not sure about the north villa though). The place is supposed to accommodate up to 10 people, so I had thought that parking would be spacious enough to fit a 7-seater vehicles comfortably. As you can see in the photo, it was not the case. We had to back in each time we parked, and it wasn’t optimal because there was a fairly busy traffic on the road right outside the the villa.

Didn't match the photos, one bedroom was completely open: no door, not even a curtain. All instructions for devices in Japanese with barcodes linking to websites. If you are tired and want toast with coffee, you first need to obtaine two codes, and then find instructions in English on two sites. The amount of hot water was limited; in the evening two family members and the all family in the morning washed with cold water. We are 7 of didn’t have time to find the boiler before check-out and understand how to the water quickly.

Lack of respect for guests. Either do not accept foreigners, or provide facilities explanations in English. A bedroom without privacy is unacceptable. Not recommended for those who don't speak Japanese

The house was a home away from home. The private onsen was amazing. We had such a great time and the kids loved it there.

We had a car so the location was great for us, I don't know if it is the same with public transport.

The natural onsen running 24/7 into the indoor bath was exceptional!

Stovetop, washing machine and dish washer was difficult to understand/ operate for non-Japanese speakers. The map was a little confusing to find the place.

No lobby at the site, small and only one car space. No room door for the area that sleep 4. The two double bed was next to each other so won’t suitable for friends to stay together.

The house was very tidy and clean.. it was easy to access entry, with clear instructions on how to enter the facility. It has a mini onsen tub, deep and large enough to fit 2 adults. It has outdoor hot tub too! It has complete kitchen appliance; good for small family..

I thought there are 2 rooms but only 1 enclosed room; the other one is just an open loft with beds, no privacy to other family members.. it should have at least 2 rooms since it has 4 double beds.. really small and limited parking space.
