"Home away from home in beautiful Hakone!"

Great location just a short drive to the Togendai Station of the Hakone Ropeway and the port for taking the “pirate ship” sightseeing cruise on Lake Ashinoko. We liked that we could easily check-in and check out ourselves, which gave us a lot of flexibility. My 2 teenaged boys loved the villa as we had lots of space & there was a huge projector which allowed us to watch some TV as a family. It was easy to do laundry and our beds were all very comfortable. But the highlight of our stay was the private onsen which we could use whenever we wanted!

We had a wonderful stay & have no complaints but the area gets pretty quiet in the evenings & it might not be as convenient for families that are not driving.

Check in by ourselves and easy, the facility very good and new, we have six people, the space is good for us. we love the spa and foot bath very much. Love the projector, very good to watching movie.

The car park a little be narrow, our car is Alphard, not easy to parking.

Loved the unit. Just as advertised. Felt premium for a mid-market price.

location was ok. nice that it was near the bus stop, but it was quite close to the road and several other houses which took away from the feeling of peaceful serenity. Also, the check in process was quite confusing but i was very impressed with the competence and immediate availability of the video chat to get it straightened out.
