I liked the location, the holiday park was tidy and well maintained, the chalet was clean, comfortable with a lovely hot shower, a comfy bed and had everything I needed, I also appreciated how quiet it was in the evening and communication with the owner was spot on.

Host was responsive, even if unwilling to accept our feedback. Offered a refund which was appreciated.

General tidyness was poor. Immediately found plenty of dog hairs on floor, on all furniture. Cutlery and mugs were not washed properly and had to be re washed thoroughly before use. Bedroom radiator was hanging off the wall and unsafe. Bathroom would benefit from simple mould removal. Cot was provided but had a big splodge of plastecine or similar we had to clean. Microwave was clean but was not pleasant to use as had extremely strong curry smell. Host dismissive of all the issues when brought to attention. Cut our stay short as did not feel comfortable there.

The beds are not comfortable and need new mattresses . It was grubby. The bathroom had hair in it, and under the toilet seat, it was very dirty , under the beds hadn't been cleaned.

Everything, the chalet was really clean when we got there. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

Because of back injuries the sofa wasn't the most comfortable for both of us. But for people without back problems this would be fine.

The chalet was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Problem with cooker hob so didn't use it
