It's pet friendly the TV has a built-in workin dvd player they already have mattress protectors not too far from an exit felt homely easy to find (after the fist time finding it) Clean For a small space it's spacious Nicely decorated Beds was comfortable Livingroom seating was comfortable too

No heater in the bathroom couldn't keep heaters on because it drains the money you put on the electric (when we first arrived I put £2 on the meter around 7pm I turned the heaters on went to look for something to eat just outside the site which was shut or no longer serving food so wasn't out long got back to the chalet and within a minute the electric went) so was really cold at night Bath plug was missing or we just couldn't find it Also the distance from the nearest but stop to the site is quite a treak with suitcases but it's grate if your driving (I've been to the site before by car about 7 years ago)

The chalet was very clean. Tea, coffee, bin bags, toilet roll and kitchen roll were supplied, this was very useful. Mike was brilliant with his communication from start to finish, even let us in earlier on check in day as cleaner finished earlier than expected.Nice pub, amusements, convienience shop and fish and chips nearby. Very close to beach which was lovely and sandy.

Chalet was a little walk from Hemsby centre. We love a walk but less able would struggle. We did notice in Hemsby centre you could hire disabled buggies or if using your car Richardsons parking is free for an hour.

The chalet was very modern and clean. It had a very homely feel and a lot provided by the owner to help make it a great place to stay. Communication with the owner was brilliant and nothing was too much for him. Ideally placed for the arcades and bingo. Nearby is Hemsby which is like a mini Gt Yarmouth. Had a great short stay

Nothing wrong with the chalet, just make sure you take lots of £1 coins for the electric.

Great communication from start to finish, lovely chalet on clean site. Close to all amenities. Plenty of parking.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very well kept all round Owner was very pleasant and was easy to contact if needed

Lovely chalet, well equipped, nicely located. Very good use of space and furnished well. Ideal location for exploring Norfolk and great that you can have your pets too. Lovely shower and big bath. Communication from owner excellent, especially for anyone who hasn't visited Norfolk before. Lots of information on what's available in the area plus everything you needed to know about the chalet. We would definitely stay again.

It would be good to have some net curtains or privacy screen on the windows as it felt a bit exposed. The kettle could do with a descale or replacing as it was a bit grimey inside which put us off using it.

Beautiful, cosy, clean and modern. Friendly host who is easily contactable. 10/10
