Lovely chalet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location in a quiet area, that served as a good base to explore the surrounding areas from. Chalet was clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Loved the little welcome pack. We enjoyed a peaceful week exploring the local beaches and activities.

It was a bit difficult to judge the water tank and heater so we found it hard to get hot water. The coin operated electric meter was a bit stressful. The mattress on the double bed has seen better days. Chalet could do with having a small hoover to help clean up. We got caught out on the Sunday by buses stopping early and places closing early/ not serving food; a bit of information/ warning would have really helped us.

I like that the chalet was clean and tidy and that the electric meter takes coins it was easy to book online and the seller provided all the information for the stay in plenty of time and had good communication.

Two things I did not like 1. The TV was small and too confusing to figure out how to use took us ages to realise that you had to change the av to use the freebox underneath a TV with built in Freeview would of been so much easier. 2. The two beds in the single room were very uncomfortable and made loud spring noise when you moved about which was rather frustrating.

It was well equipped and a quiet setting which was what we wanted. Having the flooring you have made it easy to sweep up the never ending grass that was walked in from where the grass had been cut but this had nothing to do with the owner. Texts from owner on arrival was lovely. Would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A little bit of money in the meter would have been good, if had arrived and dark would have been challenging to find meter etc and for the fridge to be cold to put bits in. Would not put us off staying again.

Clean & tidy

We did not like the water logged extension leads under our beds... ready to catch FIRE had they been turned on. Once the issues were raised with the owners, they could not wait for us to get out... we booked for 4 days and left after one. The place had issues with condensation, and on our first night we found 2 extension leads totally water logged sitting in a puddle of water behind the bed. They were fully aware of this as they tried using damp removing pots behind the bed. Water also found under the kids bed also. The owners boast of their great reviews which I was so shocked to see that this had been accepted and not highlighted as sure wasnt a new issue... Got a message 5am from the owners asking "have you left yet." With 2 young children we had no choice but to move the next morning (better than being burnt bread) Oh be prepared to carry money for your electricity!! Spent over £10 on day 1 on an electric meter slot machine, which only takes £1 or £2 coins (Very old fashion, who does this in 2023?)... woke up in the morning to no electricity, damp and cold. SEEMS CHEAP AT FIRST BUT WHAT U SAVE YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY SPEND ON THE PAY METER!!! Owners were aware of the damp as they informed us that the last family staying there complained of damp and that all we had to do was to crack a window open. If your looking for a holiday family accommodation, THIS ISNT THE ONE!!! We found an alternative Caravan only 5min away and we've been warm and SAFE ever since... and not an electric Meter in sight. Just waiting for our deposit to land... NEVER AGAIN! Very wicked people to have families in this fire trap!

Nice location and holiday park. Nice host. Comfortable beds. Modern kitchen.

I loved the location not far in the car to the beach ect.. Nice looking chalet, comfy bed, quiet area & good price overall was good stay.. would come back in the summer when weather better & if the cleaning has been improved.

The chalet was not up the standards of cleaning you would expect, very dirty floors that had so much moisture on them also .. one photo is the mop that was there .. some plates/cooking utensils were dirty. Lots of dog hairs & other peoples hair ect.. Had to put £20 in the meter in 2 days & wasn't warm..

Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly. The chalet was clean and tidy with everything you need. We have tea and coffee for us. The beach is 10 minutes walk. Horsey gap 15 minutes by car. We have been lucky to see thousands of seals. Mike was very helpful. Thank you.

The chalet has been recently refurbished and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything works well. The double bed is very comfortable. The laminate floors are easy to keep clean.

We went when it was very cold and it took a while to heat the place up with the electric heaters which are on a coin meter. Next time I would go when it’s warmer 😀

Location good

Tv was a little too small,and a little bit difficult to turn on, the bathroom could benefit from some robe,towel rails, could use a larger mirror ,needed an iron.
