The sea is clean, the beach is clean, and the stones are white. A shuttle runs to the beach every 20-30 minutes. This is very convenient because the beach is a steep slope.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in wunderschönem Resort. Tolle Aussicht und Lage. Das Resort bietet ein sehr schönes Ambiente, toller Salzwasser Pool und sehr gut gelöster Zugang zum Meer. Viele Möglichkeiten auf den verschiedenen Terrassen das Meer und die schöne Landschaft zu genießen. Der Gastgeber war sehr einfach zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir wollen wiederkommen.

The structure of villas is beautiful, place and location of the villa, the sea and the beaches, Kalkan village, green and bouganvilla flowers, the trees, not many tourist in some areas, quite, friendly, the view of the bay from the apartment is amazing, the balcony is a plus.

The apartment is relatively spacious with 2 restrooms and a living room including kitchen, but only one room with 1 bed, children had to sleep on the sofa of the living room.

Wat een geweldig uitzicht! Net een schilderij waar je naar kijkt. Hier kom je volledig tot rust. Het appartement is volledig voorzien en comfortabel. Mooi ingericht met smaakvolle spullen. Alles was aanwezig en we kwamen niks tekort. Daarnaast is het echt genieten van de mooie groene oase van planten en bomen in de site waar het appartement in zich bevindt. De tuin is goed verzorgt. Vanuit deze locatie is het met de auto heel eenvoudig Kaputas, Kas en Patara te bezoeken. Het centrum van Kalkan en het openbare strand van Kalkan is te voet ook te bereiken binnen een half uur. Wij hebben ook veel gebruik gemaakt van het eigen zwembad beneden en het privé strand van Patara Prince resort. De host is super vriendelijk. Het appartement is echt een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

There was no information/welcome pack so we had to work out for ourselves where the swimming pool, shuttle bus stops, supermarket and office etc were. We didn't know what time intervals the shuttle bus was available. We didn't know about our 10% discount in the restaurant until we went there. We had spent a lot of time going up lots of steps in the wrong direction etc. We didn't have netflix and would have appreciated more towels although we did wash them in our washing machine.

Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable here. Magnificent sea view from the balcony, beautiful interior and the kitchen equipment is more than perfect. Very friendly service and contact. Many stairs through a beautiful garden lead to the great pool area. But there is also a shuttle. We'd love to come back.
