Beautiful 2 bedroom guest house with private pool in Lacock, Wiltshire

The hosts were really lovely. Tom met us upon arrival and quickly dealt with any of our enquiries. The house was well maintained. My daughter and I were staying in separate rooms. Property really quiet, we slept well. Nice swimming pool area, a suntrap in the afternoon/evening :).

Parking space was good, but needed to turn around car to exit via narrow lane and this was manageable but was slightly tricky.

Beautiful location, everything you need and very accommodating

So much fresh air. Clean. Two rooms with a bathroom each. Loved the cat cup. Felt homely and spacious. We loved it. The decor was fun too.

A super cottage in a lovely, quiet location. We liked the 'upside down' arrangement of the cottage!

Lovely location for what we wanted to see and do

The heating was a bit hit and miss. No heating on when we got there and upstairs was very cold , the storage heater was on during the night when we didnt need it on but not on in the evening whilst we watched tv so we froze. Only complaint though.

Needs a series of repairs/replacements to accomadation. Access with car is difficult.

Lovely standard of property. Very comfortable and private. Finished to a very good standard. Everything you regularly need is provided.

Large dustbin in kitchen, making the freezer awkward to open. Other than that, it was great.

The cottage and the pool were fantastic, and the owners were lovely and helpful. The location was fantastic with Lacock village and abbey within walking distance and lots of great places to eat out and have days out with the family.

The cottage could do with a deep clean, but that might be just because we came at the end of the season. The owners live onsite, and their dog is allowed out without supervision. It's an old dog and never caused an issue for us, but we did find a few dog 💩 in the garden and just outside the gate to the cottage.

The pool was lovely, the cottage was really clean and it was great having two showers and toilets. The owners were friendly and helpful. It was really peaceful.
