This was the cutest place. It’s a little mini two-story property with a spiral staircase inside the unit and outside on the patio. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved it. Just let you know there’s a lot of stairs to get to the unit so if somebody is handicapped, it would be difficult for them otherwise, it’s a wonderful place. We absolutely loved it.

Very clean and well maintained. The views from this house were well worth the climb up the street and the stairs We would stay again. Highly recommended.

Nothing really. Just be aware of the stairs. It would be difficult for someone with health concerns

Very well maintained, great view of Avalon, well-supplied, loved the outdoor spaces, quiet and safe, wonderful water pressure, walking distance to shops and restaurants, lots of TV options, well laid out floorplan, good air conditioning, big picture window in living room to see the ships in the harbor (no curtains), exceptional communications with rental agency, Highly recommend this property.

The climb up the street plus the stairs up to the third level of the complex were challenging, very narrow spiral staircase inside (larger steps outside), microwave height difficult for us short people, not accessible for people with mobility issues.
