Apartment was Clean, the manager was very responsive. We ran out of bottled water and very quickly after notifying the manager 2 bottles were delivered.

The internal spiral staircase was very narrow. The youngest people in our group stayed in the upstairs bedroom.

The location was great. The master bedroom was awesome - the jacuzzi tub has a great view and was great way to spend the morning. We chose this space so that we could celebrate a birthday in a house instead of two hotel rooms. It was a great choice. Good glassware, filtered water, coffee maker. Very comfy spot. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs and karaoke.

There are three sets of stairs (like 60 or 70) to get up to the entrance of the property so better for those who are very mobile or use the luggage delivery service located near the ferry.

The views were great. The house was very nice.

The climb up the hill and stairs was difficult, especially with luggage and a stroller.

We liked the whole experience. Great get away.

Lots of steps, not for older people.

I liked the hot tub in master bedroom w/ a view of the harbor. 2 balconies had great views too.

For us 50 - 60 yr olds, the 3 flights of stairs to the front door was extreme after walking a mile from the boat dock up a steep street. The front house has 2 dogs that had access to their roof directly below us to poop and peep so the stench of pee was strong at times. Thankfully, we never smelled the 4 poops that sat on the roof for 3 days.

Stairs to bedroom upstairs very narrow , hard to get a suitcase up. Hard to cool down upper bedroom with one fan during summer .
