Casa da Porta Azul

Beautiful house, modern, clean, quiet, restful. Very close to all restaurants, bars, shops and the canal. Free parking 2 minutes walk from the house. Highly recommended. Will definitely book this house on our next visit to Aveiro.

Lovely apartment in a great location to explore this fabulous town.

Lots of light airy space with outside space to sit in. Key code entry was so simple and very convenient. Lots of free parking nearby, although best to go down to the bottom onto the main road rather than on this residents’ street Air con worked well

Small gripe about the air con machine dripping water onto the roof outside which then dropped onto the patio area. Surely the simplest of gutters could divert it towards a side wall

The location is just perfect and the house has all the amenities you could ask for. When you walk out the front door it makes you feel like you have been dropped in a small Portuguese village. Lots of shops and restaurants to be found when roaming the little streets away from the city center.

If you have a car parking is at a premium so consider getting around on foot once you find a spot.

location and general layout of the appartement was nice

the bathroom could be a bit more tidy, there is a washing machine but no way to properly dry it. I found a rack outside behind something, but it was rusty and dirty.
