"Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful property with warm welcome and attentive hosts."

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Esperança, which was quite tranquil and peaceful with its countryside surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Dona Elvira, despite our late arrival. Dona Elvira provided us with handy tips on places to see and routes to take. The Casa was quite beautiful inside, with the bedrooms in the upper floor and serviced by two good-sized bathrooms. Kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery needed, and a decent sized fridge. Our booking of the property was a last minute decision, but we are so very glad we stayed as we enjoyed our time immensely.

"Exceptional"

We had a very nice experience staying in this rustic house in the almost abandoned village of Chiqueiro. You can find everything you need in the house. Our children liked the cats; we had 5 of them coming to our terrace. :) We had the entire village to ourselves; it seemed that we were alone, with the people taking care of these rented houses living in another house.
