We loved everything about it! Cosy feeling while being clean and well stocked with supplies. The welcome baskets for ourselves and the pooch were very well thought of and make it even more welcoming. Issue with the hot tub was sorted pretty much straight away and all maintenance staff were super friendly.

The only thing I’d say for an improvement would be a pouffe to put our feet up when relaxing but that’s so minor considering how amazing everything else is. A privacy screen for the hot tub could be handy due to being on the corner but most people walking by didn’t seem to be too nosy haha.

Greenfinch has everything you could possibly wish for as a perfect base for exploring Northumberland. We loved the hot tub and having a spa, swimming pool and pub on the doorstep was a huge bonus! Super dog friendly with a gorgeous welcome pack for the humans and pooch. Thank you

It was perfect…we are just going to struggle to go anywhere else now!
