"Pumba's place can be great again"

The house location was great. Layout was perfect for our purposes. Beds were super-comfy.

Getting access to the house was an issue as keys were not in keybox but left at reception. Some maintenance needed, kitchen utensils (e.g. toaster does not function as it should, oven/stove knobs without markings and knobs overheated, no bread knife) and facilities need an upgrade. The yard was full of cigarette buds and junk lying around. A huge tree with thorns awaited us on the fire pit which made it difficult to braai in the very nice Lapa area. Drains in the showers need unblocking as our feet were bathing. Overall, the place would be the perfect getaway for a large group with some attention to the basics.

The house outside not clean. The sewerage was very bad. The house was raining. My staying there for four days was bad

The property was a little isolated from the rest of the houses, which made it nice. The pool was clean and house very comfortable.

It was a 12 sleeper but there were only 10 forks, which was a problem, when we were 12 guests.

The house was very big & spacious, and has a lovely layout. Sitting on the veranda is peaceful & relaxing. Housekeeping - Elizabeth was pleasant and very helpful.

Although the property is great, it does require some maintenance. The lighting in the kitchen at night can be improved.

"Over promised and under delivered at a premium price"

The house is spacious and the pool is clean... That is pretty much it

Everything that is advertised to sell the property is only half truths. Pool table is in TERRIBLE condition, pool cues has no tips, couches are in bad shape, the oven has no seal, the gas oven has no gas, rooms have aircon, but they are EXTREMELY noisy and hardly cools the room, the braai chimney is blocked and it smokes out the patio.

The aircons and Fans in the house needs serious repairs. Luckily it was not to hot but would be an issue in middle summer months.
