Breakfast was not included for us, but breakfast places were within walking distance! Location is Excellent, close to the beach, Matala Caves, shops. Beautiful sunsets....Parking is also very close for 3 euro overnight

We had a problem trying to find the place in the Matala beach area, maybe an additional map pointing the way would be nice. The Units are being upgraded and are very modern, nice, The downstairs shower had the mount for the shower missing, awkward to use, upstairs is fine. We had hot water at night, none in the morning, that's I rated the facility as a 7

Was missing Kleenex and some kind of coffee would be appreciated. Seems the upstairs shower may have a floor leak which made a puddle of water on the patio deck? All else was lovely.

Staircase is tight and steep, be aware. No problem if you don’t have any problem walking in staircases.

Location was amazing! Cleanliness was spot on. Balcony was great. Everything you need is so close and we loved the fact it was so close to all the action. We had 3 small kids so we could put them to bed and still relax on our balcony and feel like we were out. The host even owns a shop about 50m away which is very convenient.

Nothing at all. Some people may not like the spiral stairs but we didn't mind. Space is a premium in these small towns so you need to work with what you have.
