Das Akti Home war perfekt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Akti liegt zentral am Dorfplatz mit Tavernen und Geschäften. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!

die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Dusche und des Jacuzzi ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig

Rien en particulier.

Die Lage ist sehr gut,wenn einer mag ganze Nacht Musik zu hören,direkt neben Bars. Aussicht ist Gut. Kleine Küche völlig ausreichend.

Zimmer zu klein,Duschen offen,es fehlen die Halter für Brause,wc ohne Deckel,eine Küchenzeile Tür Scharniere ausgebrochen, Fenster kann mann in Schlafräumen nicht nennen,ca 40x40 cm.

Maria ci ha fornito indicazioni su dove parcheggiare la macchina e dove trovarla per prendere le chiavi. La casa è nel centro della zona pedonale di Matala a sue passi dalla spiaggia. Arredata con gusto e praticità. Il plus è rappresentato dal terrazzino con vista sulle grotte e una bellissima Jacuzzi

Right in the main square of the village. Everything in a breath distance, literally minutes. 2' minutes walk to the beach. Not so noisy, despite the location. Relatively new or recently renovated, with stylish touches. The terrace has a large sofa and a chair with nice views to the sea and the caves/rocks. - nice for morning breakfast and evening wine. Jacuzzi was nice (the children enjoyed it (note family of six stayed). In apartment facilities were relatively good. It has two toilets on ground and first floor. Overall a nice cozy apartment but for four (five with good will) persons - we were six that's why my comfortableness comments.

For sure the photos do not represent what you will find. It is much more compact than it shows in photos. It is not appropriate for six persons as advertised (read below). The two ground floor bedrooms are relatively small with no windows (i.e. no ventilation) but they are ok to sleep two each. The first floor is accessible by a very small metallic spiral staircase (difficult to go up and down - but at least there are toilets on both floors). This floor hosts a narrow (corridor style) kitchen and a living room (the TV was broken and never fixed). Also, a not so large terrace with the jacuzzi - good but small, can host two adults. The living room was supposed to sleep two persons, but a) the sofa was not a bed as well :-( and, b) there are no blinds, which makes bright and sunny for fresh wake before 7am, when the sun rises. The host offered to bring us an extra folded bed for my other child to sleep, which a) was not that comfortable, and b) made the apartment even more squeezed. Stayed in Apt 1 - for sure there is a twin Apt 2 next door - do not know if the host has more Apts because some of the photos shown in booking (e.g. the terrace) did not look to be from Apts 1-2.
