The property is very spacious with good facilities. Angelo, the host, is easily contactable , speaks excellent English and happy to help with any query. He also provides very comprehensive details of the area, including maps, details of tours available etc. The best that we came across in Italy. The property is situated on the ground floor of the block with ample free parking adjoining. There is a large supermarket next door. It is a 20 minute walk to the old town although a bus runs from outside the property and costs 1.5 euro- well worth considering as the walk there is predominantly up hill.

The accommodation is in a new part of Matera, with free parking, clear and easy instructions for the collection of keys, in the same yard with a great supermarket. Walking to Matera's old center takes 15 minutes easy walk and it is great. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with all you might need. Feels like home

The location was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and modern. The heating was perfect. Spacious parkings. The host answered to all of our messages.

We didn't get all the information about the parkings and how the garage doors are working. That almost costs us getting late at the airport. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The apartment wasn't spacious for 6 person's.

Very clean, well equipped, cossy apartment. Angelo was kind and attentive to our needs. We warmly recommends it.

Clean&comfy appartment, modern and very well equipped, near a supermarket. Angelo was available whenever we had questions, he even booked a Matera Sasi tour for us - highly recommended if you want to have an indepth experience of Matera.

The facility is new, very nice and clean. It has all you need and I recommend this facility to everyone.

Host is very friendly and responsive to our questions. We have a great time at this place. Strongly Recommended!
