"Superb"

Great charming place with safe parking spot. Supermarket just at the doorstep. Good communication with the host

The bathroom is a bit tight and there was no hand soap - we used the shower gel provided.

We were given clear directions from the owner. We arrived early and were allowed to store our bags Apartment was well equipped and clean.Owner promptly answered all of our questions . Old town was a straight 20 minute walk away.

The apartment was very clean and tidy; the owner left some maps and other tourist information in the flat which was very convenient, and the overall communication with the owner was very pleasant and easy. There were some food items left for us for the morning. The apartment is in a walking distance from Sassi di Matera.

The air conditioning units might need an upgrade as they were quite noisy.
