The apartment was at the beginning of Sassi, so it is very good to explore the city. We stayed for one night, but it has everything you needed. Well equipped and very clean. The owner was very nice, helpful and informative from the checkin instructions to suggesting a good local restaurants for us. A big plus for us was to park a car in the street basically on the doorstep by the apartment, which is very challenging to find in Matera’s old part Sassi.

Giacinto is very friendly and flexible for early check-in. Good recommendation on restaurants and taxi service. The apartment is lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay in Matera.

Posizione ottima per visitare i sassi, la struttura è grande, pulita e moderna, proprietario disponibilissimo quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di supporto. Nel complesso soggiorno ottimo!

Purtroppo casa non accessibile per tutti trovandosi in condominio senza ascensore

Location is great, in that old city area, each part of the city is very close, and the view is nice. Apartment was very comfortable and clean, the host is absolutely helpful and kind.
