Clement's Retreat on the North Norfolk Coast

Gute Einrichtung, ruhige Lage, schöne Spaziergänge über die kleinen Wege via Leuchtturm, Hügel / Tal und Spielwiese nach Cromer oder an den Strand. [Tipp: die Wege sind ein bisschen versteckt, sind aber sehr gut zu finden / zu "navigieren" z.B. über die Open-Topo-Map.]

Die Wohnung / das Reihenhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung... somit gibt es einfach nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Location near to beach and walkable distance to town centre.

Nothing, although some toilet roll would have been useful after arriving after a long journey.

Location and facilities all great. Had a great time in the area, everything was easily accessible and no more than 30 mins drive. Loved the walks from the property.

We had a problem with the property not being cleaned on arrival but that was dealt with brilliantly by the agent and a cleaner found at very short notice on a Sunday evening. He turned out to be a great source of info on the area and even came back with a bottle of wine for us for our trouble. The agent also offered an extra night as compensation.

the property was in a good location being a short walk into Cromer with a restaurant next door as well. Great house, great location.

House great, lovely decor, kitchen well equipped, good parking space off road, nice walk to beach through woods. Perfect for 2 people or couple with 2 kids, pretty outside area garden well kept. Would return felt homely. Liked.

Difficult to find car parking space, drove round a few times - needs to be sign somewhere, or description in email. Key code put it in could not open - 2 or 3 times - wasn’t code was mechanism. Tad out of town for me. Back step/door seemed a bit precarious. Needed to keep one door closed to remember that it was a steep drop. Small bedroom edges of tiny cabinet too sharp, we moved it across room.

Lack of information for installed equipment ie. Microwave, central heating
